Had problem with a riiser/ recliner chair bought less than 3 years ago but had a 5 year warranty. Mr Dolman did a thorough examination of the chair and took the. Problem to the manufacturer who immediately claimed it was caused by the user.who is rather frail with mobility problems and relies on his chair for comfort and for assistance standing up and sitting down. Mr. Dolman fought our corner and. eventually the manufacturer agreed to provide the relevant parts under warranty and Mr Dolman agreed to do the repair himself to speed things up. Mr Dolman collected the chair at 9.30 took it to his workshop and returned it working better than it did from new by 2.30 the same day. That is SERVICE. THANK YOU.
